Two Washington Street

This 376,500 square foot 1970’s era curtain wall office building has begun a logistically complex conversion into a modern live/work environment featuring 345 residential rentals complete with an array of popular amenities including a stunning rooftop swimming pool and lounge addition. Particularly challenging in this project is that it requires CCM to thread the new residential floors between existing commercial tenants who will remain in occupancy during construction, both above and below the work zone.
